When you’re inside your business every day, some things are difficult to see. I bring an experienced, independent perspective that helps uncover blind spots, challenge assumptions and get to the real issue – which isn’t always the one you thought you had.

I won’t assume bigger is better. Sometimes the answer is growth. Sometimes it’s simplifying, raising your prices, shrinking your team, saying no or doing less.

I’m not here to pat you on the head and tell you what a good girl you are. I’ll challenge your thinking, share my perspective and tell you when I think you’re solving the wrong problem.
