Are you running a business and carrying everything else?

On top of the clients you serve and the bills you pay, there’s the family, the house, the people who rely on you, and inevitably a next day commitment you find out about at 9pm the night before.

With so much on your plate, the question of “what’s next?” for your business keeps getting pushed down the to-do list.

If only someone could hand you a day out of your business, help you see it clearly and guide you to make a 2027 plan that has you feeling lit up.

I can, with the Power Planning Day.

What Power Planning Day is

Power Planning Day is an in-person, immersive experience bringing together established female founders all craving a fresh perspective on their business and the accountability to make it happen.

Here’s what that looks like.

The space to think bigger

Your to-do list stays outside the room. You’ll be encouraged to think big picture as you develop a plan for 2027. The room has a real sense of possibility. People get brave in it.

A sounding board of other women

Pressure test new ideas with fellow business owners who will willingly share insights from their experiences. These are people who get it and won’t be afraid to speak honestly.

Me, Michelle, in your corner

I won’t stand at the front, loading you up with slides. This is a hands-on kind of day. I’ll help you identify blind spots, ask questions you’ve been avoiding and guide you to turn goals into action plans.

2027 momentum before you leave

You’ll start on the key parts of your plan in the room, with support, so you walk out with momentum and a belief that next year really can be different for you and your business.

Couldn’t I just get AI to do this?

You could. And it’ll tell you your ideas are great or serve you up the same advice it’s given thousands of business owners before you.

The problem is that AI keeps you in a positive feedback loop, reinforcing what you already believe.

$
It can’t see or call you on your blind spots.
$
It won’t ask what you’re avoiding.
$
It won’t hear the hesitation in your voice when you talk about the part of your business you’ve outgrown.

It’s also never had to build a business around school pick-ups or other responsibilities. Every woman in the room at Power Planning Day has.

If you’re tired of being gaslit by your chatbot, this is your sign to join me.

What’s possible

Here’s what happens after a Power Planning Day

This day is for you if you’re…

$
An established business owner. You might run a one-woman operation or a business with a big team. What matters is you take it seriously.
$
Carrying the load. You’re running a business alongside a lot of other roles and responsibilities, however that looks for you.
$
Craving accountability and an outside perspective. You know your own shortcomings, and that’s exactly why you don’t want to do this alone.
$

Generous. You’ll give as much as you take and share what you’ve learned. You’re open to seeing things differently.

“Thank you for creating this safe space for us. The women I met had impact and care, there was depth to our conversations and a genuine interest to listen and help.”

Worried you won’t fit in? Almost everyone walks in a stranger. You’ll discover plenty of women in this room work alone from a home office and they’re sitting beside women running teams or multimillion-dollar companies. Ten minutes in, it doesn’t matter. Most people say the connection is instant.

Meet Michelle

Your facilitator, activator and business wing woman.

My gift is getting women out of the weeds and into action.

I’ve worked with hundreds of women building profitable, sustainable businesses that fit the lives they actually want to live.

I won’t tell you to scale because that’s what you’re “supposed to do”, nor will I assume you want a bigger team or a million-dollar-revenue milestone.

I’ll create the space and the conditions for you to think about what you want, the room to pressure test your ideas, and an honest voice to make sure you leave with a plan you’re already acting on.

Is it worth a day of your time?
